A Minister's Growth Trajectory

Ministry Consecration Unfolds through a Process
Who a minister is becoming — the five-stage journey of divine formation.

Module One establishes the personal growth trajectory of the Christian minister. Participants trace the five-stage journey — Explorer, Believer, Follower, Disciple, Minister — and learn to discern divine formation patterns, the Five Graces (Apostolic, Prophetic, Evangelistic, Pastoral, Teaching), and the Seven Spheres of society where consecrated ministry is expressed.

Module II · Book 2

The Four Pillars of Your Greatness

A Biblical Guide to Discovering, Developing, and Deploying Your God-Given Gifts and Calling
What holds a minister up — the four capitals that sustain a life of calling.

Module Two builds the four pillars that sustain calling: Spiritual, Social, Intellectual, and Financial Capital. Participants identify personal gifts, understand the biblical economics of greatness, and produce a Purpose Execution Plan (PEP).

Integrate
Module III · Book 3

Profession, Vocation, and Ministry

How They Reinforce Each Other to Serve Your Life Purpose
How the pieces of life cohere — ending the sacred–secular divide.

Module Three integrates the believer's professional, vocational, and ministerial identity, ending 'disconnected living.' Through biblical case studies (Peter, Matthew, Paul, Lydia) and the culminating 'One-Life' Essay, participants learn to hold work, calling, and service as a single, coherent offering to God.

Module IV · Book 4

Local Church

The School for Formation and Release into Ministry and Greatness
Where formation and release happen — the church as the school of character.

Module Four positions the local church as the God-appointed school for character, gift discovery, and release. Participants audit formation pathways, examine corporate church capital, and learn how healthy ecclesial belonging protects, matures, and commissions the minister for lifelong service.

Module V · Book 5

Ministry Organizational Development

How to Build an Effective, Efficient, and Sustainable Ministry
Building the structures that carry vision faithfully over time.

Module Five equips participants to strengthen ministry organizations — governance, strategy (SWOT/PESTEL), internal controls, stewardship, and succession planning. The module culminates in an Institutional Practicum.

Deploy
Module VI · Book 6

Marketplace

The Extended Arena of Consecrated Ministry
Where consecration is proved — through public usefulness, stewardship, and witness.

Module Six deploys the formed and organized leader into the marketplace. Participants develop a theology of the marketplace, embrace a 'Theology of Refusal' against ethical compromise, and cast a legacy vision. The cohort concludes with a Marketplace Commissioning Service.

Delivery Model

A practical, participatory curriculum delivered through 37 structured sessions of 3 hours each in a church-based cohort setting.

Six Evaluation Lenses

Assessment is behavioural-change based, weighed through six complementary lenses — plus a 4-point certification ladder and a final Capstone Project.
